Modern retail and commercial properties need continuous, privacy-respecting visibility on customer flow, dwell, and repeat visits — without piling up raw video. Bestom's commercial IoT platform splits that work across five layers, so each tier only does the work that fits its compute and power budget.

Face Member Recognition

1:N match against opt-in member face library. Sub-second response at the door, dual-camera 8 MP with IR fill.

Repeat-Visit Detection

Detects when the same face returns across hours, days, or weeks. Drives loyalty flow and dwell insight.

Footfall Counting

Multi-line counting with direction (in / out). 60-mm ceiling-embedded or wide-area thermal array.

Regional Heatmap

Zone-based dwell and traffic distribution, output as a tile heatmap for store planning.

Trajectory Tracking

Face-fitting across overlapping cameras, single-ID across the store, time-stamped path export.

Local Feature Database

Stores face vectors locally for the local 1U server; cloud compare is opt-in (membership DBs, opt-in KYC).

Per-tenant counters + central mall-wide gateway rack + cloud dashboards. Heatmaps exposed per-tenant with privacy filters.

Smart Commercial Building

Building-wide mesh: PIR, door-magnetic, AQI/VOC, lighting, energy. Bridges to existing BMS via Modbus / BACnet / KNX through Bestom's bridge modules.

Smart Community / Property

13.3-inch face-access terminals at the gate (dual 8 MP, IP65, IC card + face), indoor positioning, parking probes, mobile-app control.
